Beschrijving
Cultivated shrub, c. 3 m high. Branches grey, petioles red. Leaves green above, paler green with a reddish margin when young beneath.Calyx fleshy, red, corolla red. Filaments red, anthers yellow, style yellow, pistil pale green. Fruits green to yellow red, up to 5 cm in diam., almost globose, but with calyx lobes at apex.
