- Herb growing on rocks, with free hanging stems, growing between other plants. Older stems woody. Stems, petioles and primary veins below: with brown to rusty brown hairs. Stems silvery brown to silvery green. Stipulae dark rusty brown. Leaves green, glossy, a little succulent, much lighter beneath. Primary veins to wine red. Leaf edges rusty brown to purple-red. Lateral petal deep red with white tip. Dorsal and ventral petals deep red with white edge, inside brighter colour. Anthers orange-yellow, filament tube deep red. Fruits pale red with white-green spots.
